Navigating Change

Change is in every new project, every new customer, and every improvement in products or services. Change is survival. This course is a foundation to Leading Organizational Change and teaches the skills that leadership needs in order to lead during times of change. Participants will take the Change Style Indicator to learn their change readiness style. They will also learn reasons people resist change as well as explore the stages people go through when trying to adopt a change. Finally, participants will learn techniques on how to gain commitment for change when leading a project.Navigating Change in the Workplace
